earn STARSMILES whenever you engage with us, such as making a purchase, love us on Instagram and refer a bestie.

Be sure to return regularly, as we are adding new ways for you to earn points all the time.
You can earn STARSMILES via the following activities:
- join STARSMILES: new customer who sign up for the program will get started with 100 STARSMILES!
Do you already have an account? No worries! Your STARSMILES from past purchases will be added to your account.
- Purchases: with every €/£/$ you spent, you will collect 1 STARSMILES.
- Celebrate your birthday with us: share your date of birth with us and receive 75 STARSMILES on your birthday
Lovely! You have been automatically been enrolled to the STARSMILES program. Your STARSMILES from past purchases will be added to your account.
Exchanging your STARSMILES for great rewards couldn’t be easier. Simply visit the ‘Get Rewards’ tab to view all reward options and click on the ‘Redeem’ button to redeem your reward.
Another great thing about STARSMILES, they do not expire!
Click on the button ‘JOIN STARSMILES’ in the lower right corner and log in. At the top of the screen you will see your earned STARSMILES. It can take up to 48 hours before your earned STARSMILES are visible in your account.
When you return an item, we will deduct the STARSMILES you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sounds a bit confusing? For example: let’s say you bought products for a total amount of €/£/$ 30, which equals 30 STARSMILES. If you return this order afterwards the 30 STARSMILES you earned will be deducted.
