Do your products have an expiry date?
Our formulas are brimming with natural plant and fruit extracts and we use safe and natural preservative systems at a responsible minimum level. This results in an expiry date for all our products. The expiration date is visible close to the hourglass symbol on all packaging. The month/year date is to be found after “EXP”.
Do your products have a PAO (Period After Opening)?
Period after opening (PAO) refers to the amount of time a product will offer the highest efficacy and remain stable after it has first been opened.
All our single use products don't have a PAO as they are meant to be used directly after opening. All other Starskin products do have a PAO, in most cases 6-8 months. You can find the PAO in the open-jar symbol.
Are your products safe?
Absolutely. Starskin products are manufactured to the highest standards. Our factories are internationally GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ISO certified. Starskin products are sold world-wide. This means that our products comply to all local regulations, including but not limited to EU, USA, Canada and Australia regulations, some of which are among the strictest in the world.
Do you test on animals?
Starskin is Peta certified cruelty-free! We do not test our formulas on animals.
Are your products natural?
Our products are always formulated as naturally as possible. However, our priority is that Starskin products deliver results, not trigger breakouts and are safe for your skin health. Following our philosophy, we always formulate with the highest quality natural ingredients. Our ORGLAMIC range contains the most precious natural ingredients in the highest concentration (up to 100%).
Are your products Gluten-Free?
Almost all of our products are Gluten-free with the exception to Close-Up™, Magic Hour™, The Diamond Mask™ and the Sea Kelp Mask™. As we do not produce in dedicated gluten-free facilities, always consult your physician in case off any doubt.
Are your products Vegan?
We consciously choose not to formulate with animal-derived ingredients. The exception is the use of Honey in our Pink Cactus Lip Sleeping Mask.
Do you use Parabens?
No, we never use (or have used) Parabens.
Are all products Silicon free?
Yes, we believe silicones can have a negative effect on your skin, so all our products are Silicone free
Orders, Shipping, and Return
Can I order from my country?
Yes for almost all countries. We are now shipping to over 170 Countries.
When will my order ship?
All orders received by 3pm CET on working days will be processed and shipped on the same day. Depending on the destination, shipping time in EU will take 1-6 days, for the USA and Canada 2-8 working days and for the Rest of the World 2-12 days. We offer standard shipping and Express shipping depending on you destination and order value this can be free of charge. You can follow you package with the Track & Trace number which will be emailed to you. [See Covid-19 delays]
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above €25 in EU, USA and Canada. For the rest of the world free shipping for all orders above €75.
Can I change my order ?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have placed an incorrect order. Of course we will try to change your order, however the possibility will depend on your order status in the warehouse. Unfortunately, once you have received a shipping confirmation, changes are not possible.
Where is my package?
Your package can be followed using the Track and Trace code sent to you by email.
What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will love our products and will be 100% satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will be happy to answer any queries.
If you wish to return your product, we will assist you with a trouble-free exchange or return. Email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase date and we will provide you with a return authorization including return shipping label and return instructions. The product must be unopened and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will immediately refund your purchase. Please note that returns without an official return authorization will not be accepted by our warehouse. If you have purchased STARSKIN products from another retailer, please contact them for their return policy.
Do I have to pay local tax?
Depending on local tax regulations your package may be subject to the Customs Fee of your local government. STARSKIN is not responsible for Customs Fees or duty taxes.
Are all reviews, including negative ones, published?
Yes. We treat one-star reviews no differently from five-star reviews. We value the opinion of our customers and publish all reviews. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, threatening, offensive, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
Is there any sponsorship or payments regarding reviews?
No. We do not pay or sponsor reviews in any way.
Are all the reviews written by customers who bought and used the product?
Visitors to our site are free to submit reviews. Customers who have purchased the products through our website and have written a review are referred as "verified buyer". Customers who have not purchased the products through our website and have written a review are referred as 'verified reviewer'.
